CANCELLATION POLICY
Six One Five is an appointment based establishment.
All appointment must be booked with a credit card. Our Cancellation Policy requires a 24 hour notice on the following; rescheduling, cancelling, no showing, and arriving more than 10Â minutes late past the scheduled appointment time. Your credit card will be charged 100% of the service amount if not cancelled within the allotted time and your payment will NOT be applied to your next appointment.
